Leashed pets are welcome at Market on Main, provided they are well-behaved and comfortable in crowds. Please be mindful of vendors, other attendees, and food areas while attending with pets.
Yes! Market on Main is a family-friendly event welcoming guests of all ages. We encourage families to come enjoy shopping, food, and the overall Main Street atmosphere together.
Free public parking is available in nearby lots and along side streets. Click here and scroll down the page to view a map of downtown Columbiana and parking areas.Â
We will have the Vintage Saloon on-site! A mobile tap bar with local brew, wine, and handcrafted cocktails! Enjoy the market with a nice refreshment.

After submitting your application, we will review your information and reach out via email with next steps. If accepted, you’ll receive confirmation of your approved event date(s) along with instructions to complete payment. Please allow time for the review process, as applications are reviewed carefully to create the best possible market experience. There can be a longer delay during the initial release of market dates as there are influx of submissions.

Only 10×10 pop-up tents are permitted at the event. We recommend using open-sided tents to provide shade while allowing attendees to browse comfortably.
Vendor spaces are 10×10 feet, with additional space on both sides and behind for seating and storage. To maintain a smooth flow for attendees, we ask that vendors do not extend beyond their designated area. Vendors will be set up along both sides of Main Street, with attendees walking down the center.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
Vendor applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced and diverse mix of products at each Market on Main event. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance for all dates requested. Vendors may be approved for specific event dates based on availability, product mix, and overall event needs. Acceptance notifications are sent via email.
You’ll be able to unload on main street near your spot. Then, a designated vendor parking area will be provided. Further details will be included closer to the date.
Setup: Begins at 7:00 AM as the event starts at 10:00 AM.
Breakdown: Begins at 4:00 PM. Please do not pack up early unless absolutely necessary.
Vendor pricing depends on how many Market on Main events you plan to participate in. We offer flexible single-event and multi-event vendor passes, with added value for vendors joining us throughout the season. Pricing starts at $80 for a single event, with additional options available for multi-event participation.
Food vendors are priced separately at a flat $100 per day.

Vendors are responsible for managing their own trash. Please take all waste with you, as there will be no trash receptacles provided at the event. The city provides trash cans on the sidewalk for attendee’s and is not intended for Retail or Food Vendor waste.

Arrival, Check-in, & Parking
Market on Main will be held along South Main Street in Columbiana, adjacent to the iconic Circle. Please note that Main Street will be closed to all traffic for the duration of the event—vendors should enter via the back-alley entrance. Carefully review information below:
Directions:
- Use 31 W Park Ave, Columbiana, OH (Marathon gas station).
Arrival & Check-In:
- Turn into the alley at the Marathon gas station sign.
- Proceed to the Market on Main Check-In Tent for your escort to your assigned spot.
Reminder: Vehicles will no longer have access to Main St. after 9:00 AM—no exceptions.
